Provides an overview of all The Hummingbird's responsibilities and gives an overview of other areas involved such as first aid, gas, water etc.

Medical and First Aid Policy

Linked to our wider safeguarding this outlines expectations with regards health and accidents.

Photographing and Videoing Policy

How we approach permissions and expectations linked to this area and includes the permission form.

Promoting British Values and Anti Racism Policy

The policy shares how we connect the areas of democracy, the rule of law,  individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths, ethnicity, race and beliefs.

Personal Social and Health Education Policy

This policy demonstrates what we do in relation to areas ranging from keeping safe to relationships and understanding our selves and others. It should be considered read alongside our RSE policy below.

Relationships and Sex Education Policy

Outlines how we ensure the wellbeing of all our students with regards to positive and healthy relationships and sex education.

Staff Code of Conduct

Outlines our core expectations of the team at The Hummingbird.

Whistleblowing Policy

This policy encourages all staff, volunteers, contractors and governors to report concerns about wrongdoing within The Hummingbird Learning Lab. We want to create an environment where people feel safe to raise issues without fear of reprisal.
