Alf's Cooking

Hi I'm Alf, over the next while I will expand my cooking repertoire and try new foods from all over the world. I have had a life surrounded by lovely food as my parents own a bakery, a wine bar and a pizza restaurant. Some of my favourite foods are pasta, burgers, pizza, sushi and one of my biggest favourites kimchi. Kimchi is one of the main foods that I have been focusing on with my cooking, it has this taste which is tangy and sweet and I just love it. I also have had a very privileged life, with being able to go all over the world tasting new foods and trying new cultures.

My first post is about sushi, I hope you enjoy it.
